Thrishya is a seasoned corporate banker having spent 25+ years in Corporate Banking (Lending) across Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, HDFC Bank Ltd & IDBI Bank Ltd. Over the course of her career, she has been involved in sourcing, managing and growing corporate relationships from varied industries like pharma and healthcare, defence and aerospace, food processing, packaging, engineering, capital goods, logistics, infra and real estate etc. She has handled clients across SME, mid-corporate, large corporates, conglomerates.

During her last assignment with Kotak Mahindra Bank, she was Vice President & Area Business Manager (SME Division)- Telangana & AP. Her banking experience has helped in her Business Consulting & Financial Advisory practice, a journey which began in August 2022 with her association with Arthtech Consultants Pvt Ltd. She has assisted several MSME corporates since 2022 raise funds, identify bottlenecks and create and execute business and financial strategies.

Thrishya holds a General Management degree from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Bachelors degree from Madras University. She is also a semi- qualified CMA.
